It’s time to celebrate our hard-working students! Applications for the 2026–2027 Student of the Year are officially open for interested 5th graders who meet the criteria.
Eligibility Requirements:
3.5 GPA
Minimum of 2 Mastery LEAP Scores
Significant school and community involvement
Deadline:

We are so excited to welcome our special guests to campus for lunch on Thursday, October 1, 2026! Grab your lawn chairs or blankets and come enjoy some quality outdoor time with your student.
Quick details to keep in mind for the event:
Bring Your Seating: Don't forget folding chairs, blankets, or towels to get comfortable.
Lunch Info: The cafeteria will provide lunches for students only, but outside food is welcome for our guests!
Meeting Point: Meet your student(s) out on the grass, track, or at their assigned tent.
Canopies: Covered shading will be available for teachers and students without visitors.
Grade Level Times:

We are so excited to get our students out on the court! Here is everything you need to know about joining the team this year:
Interest Forms: Going home this week and due back to Ms. Logan by Monday, September 14th. (Note: Submitting a form does not guarantee a spot, as space is limited!)
Selection Process: Students will be evaluated by teachers and enrichment staff on grades, behavior, responsibility, and overall effort.
Team Announcement: The final team will be announced on Friday, September 18th, with follow-up practice info sent home.
Practice Schedule: Tuesdays & Thursdays from 3:30 PM – 5:00 PM (Attendance is required for all practices, barring illness or family emergencies).
Game Plan: Basketball is a fast-paced running sport with light contact, so come ready to work hard and have fun!
